Our food is produced locally and organically by Berber farmers. 

We offer the dish of the day – not a la carte. Dinner is served around 7 pm. Dinner typically consists of fish with vegetables, vegetables with a little beef or a vegetarian dish. Water is served for dinner. It is possible to buy wine and beer.

Our breakfast consists of Moroccan tea, omelette, bread, butter and our homemade jam and orange juice.

Our food is produced locally and organically by Berber farmers. Every Wednesday, the farmers sell vegetables at the local market approx. 20 minutes by car from Tisselday.

We buy vegetables at the market and directly from local farmers.

The farmers get water from the nearby river when the snow in the Atlas Mountains melts in the spring. The water is stored in basins near the fields
